Seattle Neighborhoods

If you'd rather book your own accommodations, here are a few of our favorite Seattle neighborhoods that keep you close to the weekend's events:

  • Downtown (<10 minutes from venue): Best if you want to be right in the heart of the city. You’ll be walking distance to Pike Place and the Waterfront Park boardwalk along Elliott Bay.

  • Capitol Hill (~10 minutes from venue): Best for foodies and nightlife. It's packed with incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

  • Fremont / Ballard (~15 minutes from venue): Best for a laid-back, Pacific Northwest neighborhood vibe — and, it’s where we live!. It’s a bit further north, but offers boutique shopping, local breweries, and great dining.

Many of you are traveling to celebrate with us, and we’re so grateful you’re making the trip. To say thank you, we’re providing Uber vouchers for the weekend to help make getting around a little easier.

Keep an eye out for a text message from us as the weekend gets closer — we'll text the voucher link directly to your phone!

faq

  • The dress code is Cocktail Attire. Our ceremony will be on WithinSodo's shaded outdoor rooftop, and the reception will be indoors with A/C.

    August in Seattle is usually beautiful, but it can get breezy after sunset, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for the evening.

  • Please arrive between 4:30 PM and 4:45 PM to enjoy a welcome spritz and find a seat! Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.

  • Please RSVP by July 6.

  • Please don't feel obligated to get us a gift! Your presence at our wedding is the absolute best gift we could ask for. If you'd still like to look at our registry, you can find it on The Knot.

  • Street parking around the venue is limited, so we highly recommend using rideshares to get to and from the celebration safely.

  • You're not misremembering! We originally planned to celebrate on Bainbridge Island, but had to shift our wedding to WithinSodo in Seattle. We’re in love with this city space, and are so excited to celebrate with everyone in the heart of town.
